Jello Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cinnamon graham crackers
    1 can Carnation milk, chilled
    1/2 c. boiled water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 stick butter or magarine, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
Preparation
    Crush crackers.
    Melt butter; put on crackers to make a crust for an 11-inch pie plate.
    Save 1 cup of crackers for the top. Dissolve jello in boiled hot water.
    Add sugar.
    Let it stand until it cools.
    Add lemon juice.
    Whip Carnation milk until peaks form.
    Add cool mixture; whip 1 minute more.
    Pour mixture into chilled graham cracker crust.
    Top with remaining cup of crumbs. Chill for 4 hours.
