Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. butter, softened
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
Preparation
    Sift flour and soda together
    twice;
    set aside.
    Cream butter; add sugar slowly, beating constantly; cream well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating
    well
    after each addition.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Add flour mixture, 1/2
    cup at a time, beating constantly.
    Stir in extract.
    Turn batter in well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake in
    preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until cake
    test done.
    Place cake on rack; cool completely before serving.
