Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 large apples with peeling, chopped
    1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    2 bananas
    1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly.
    Add sugar, salt and lemon juice.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Cool.
    Fold cooked sauce into Cool Whip.
    Combine fruits and nuts; add sauce to fruits and nuts. Keep cool until served.
    Serves 6.
