Congealed Salad With Crabmeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    3 c. water
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. vinegar
    4 to 5 drops hot sauce
    lettuce
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (15 oz.) cans cut asparagus (undrained)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
Preparation
    Combine unflavored gelatin and 2 tablespoons water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine unflavored and flavored gelatin, salt and 3 cups water in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
