Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain juice from 1 jar artichokes into a skillet. Saute the onion and garlic in the juice. Drain the other jar and chop all artichokes.
    In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the bread crumbs, Tabasco sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Stir in the onion, garlic, cheese and artichokes.
    Mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0.
