Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, trimmed and sliced with grain 1/4-inch thick
    1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. m.s.g (Accent)
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and put into plastic bag.
    Tightly close bag.
    Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Preheat oven to 125\u00b0.
    Remove meat from bag and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake 4 to 8 hours, until done.
