Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. mashed sweet potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
5 Tbsp. flour
chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Cook and mash sweet potatoes. Add sugar; mix well and spread in a buttered baking dish. Mix oleo, flour, pecans and brown sugar. Mix well and spread on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until crust is brown and glazy.
