Persimmon And Date Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. whole milk
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. persimmon, skinned and mashed to a pulp
    1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
    1 c. dates, chopped fine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
