Queen Of Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    grated rind of 1/2 lemon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add sugar, salt, butter and lemon rind.
    Pour mixture over eggs and beat well.
    Add vanilla and bread crumbs. Place ingredients in buttered baking dish.
    Set in pan of hot water.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until firm.
    Makes 8 servings.
    Serve with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
