Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) can fruit cocktail, well drained
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits with juice
    1 (6 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Empty pineapple tidbits with juice in large mixing bowl.
    Stir in instant pudding and mix well.
    Add well-drained fruit cocktail. May use nuts, maraschino cherries and bananas (I use all of these).
    Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate until ready to serve. Will keep well.
