Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. whole milk
    2/3 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Heat milk to scalding, but do not boil.
    Beat eggs; add sugar and beat again.
    Add milk, rice, vanilla, cinnamon and raisins. Pour into casserole.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir at 20 minutes and at 40 minutes (this keeps rice from settling on bottom of pan).
