Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
lump butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook potatoes; drain and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper. Whip or beat all together. Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole; dot with butter. Add potatoes. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt. This can be assembled ahead; cover, refrigerate and bake the next day. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes. Serves 8.
