Butternut Squash Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium butternut squash (1 1/2 c.), boiled or steamed, then mashed
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation

While squash is hot add butter and mix, then add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, until almost set in center.
