Sotterley Chicken(A Plantation Near St. Mary'S, Maryland.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, chopped chicken (4 breasts)
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion or 1 tsp. onion flakes
    1 c. diced hard-boiled eggs (3 large)
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced thin
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and place in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Put in refrigerator a few hours or overnight.
    Top with buttered bread crumb (2 slices bread).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
