Southern Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 large can sliced cling peaches
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients, adding evaporated milk and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
    In 350\u00b0 oven, place butter in 8 x 11-inch pan until melted; add peaches with juice.
    Pour batter over top and cook for approximately 1 hour or until dough is relatively firm. Remove and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
