Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. chopped bananas
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
8 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple and juice
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add other ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Use spoon, not a mixer.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan, then frost.
