Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1 small onion, chopped
12 oz. cheese (6 oz. Cheddar and 6 oz. Velveeta), grated
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Place hash browns in casserole dish.
Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion, cheese and salt.
Pour over potatoes.
Mix together corn flakes and melted butter; pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
