Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. + 1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. hot milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add dry ingredients; beat until well blended.
    Add hot milk.
    Bake in well-greased floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
