Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrot, diced small
    1 onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 leeks or 4 scallions, chopped
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    6 fresh tomatoes, diced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cream
Preparation
    Saute carrot and onion in 3 tablespoons butter.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Add this to the broth.
    Add the garlic and the rest of the ingredients.
    Cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add the cream.
