Strawberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. fresh strawberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter
pastry (for top of 9 x 13-inch pan)
Preparation

Place berries in pan.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Mix well and sprinkle over berries.
Dot with butter.
Cover with pastry.
Trim edges and seal.
Make several slits in top to allow steam to escape.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
