Italian Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. red vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
    1/2 tsp. each: dried oregano and basil, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients into a 1/2-pint screw-top jar.
    Cover tightly and shake vigorously to blend.
    Store the dressing in the refrigerator and shake well before each use.
    Makes 3/4 cup.
