Microwave Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding(A Baked Custard Dessert) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
Beat with rotary beater.
Stir in bread cubes and raisins.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Microwave uncovered for 26 to 28 minutes on simmer or until almost set in center.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings. Delicious!
