Millet Stuffed Peppers(A Vegetarian Main Course) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. rinsed millet (available in health food stores)
1 c. diced, canned tomatoes
2 c. chicken broth (can use canned)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
3 green peppers
Preparation

Rinse millet.
Put into heavy bottomed saucepan with tomatoes, chicken, broth, onion, garlic and spices.
Cook over low heat with cover, about 25 minutes.
At about 20 to 22 minutes, stir and check to see if most grains are \"popped\".
(Remove garlic.)
