Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    5 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (7 oz.) Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
