Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 C sugar
5 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. corn meal
1/2 C lemon juice
1 C melted butter
1 C milk
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat about 5 minutes. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
