Ground Beef Supper(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. prepared vegetable cocktail
    3 c. sliced cabbage
    1 medium potato, cubed
    1 onion, diced
    2 c. green beans, drained
Preparation
    Cook meat until brown.
    Remove any fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
    Cover and simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Makes 6 servings, 346 calories per serving.
