Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 tomatoes
    6 medium onions
    12 hot peppers (mostly red)
    3 c. white vinegar
    5 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes.
    Grind with onions and hot peppers.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Cover and bring to rolling boil.
    Remove cover and allow to simmer boil for 2 hours or until thick.
    Pour into scalded jars and seal.
