Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz. each) pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    liver (from turkey), ground or finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 (4 oz.) jars drained button mushrooms
    1 small can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions, adding bouillon cubes to cooking water.
    Meanwhile, saute celery, onion and liver in butter.
    Combine this with cooked rice, mushrooms and water chestnuts.
    Stuff and roast turkey.
    Yield:
    8 cups, enough for 8 to 10 pound turkey.
