Chicken Ortega - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 boned skinless chicken breasts
    1 can diced green chilies (Ortega type)
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Pound breasts until thin; dip each in melted butter and then roll in crumb mixture.
    Place a strip of Jack cheese and green chile on each breast and roll up and secure with toothpick.
    Place in a greased oblong dish.
    Drizzle butter over each breast.
    Bake, uncovered, about 50 minutes to 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Looks very pretty and fancy.
