Shrimp Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 oz.) cans small shrimp
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 lemons
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, softened
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. dill seed
Preparation
    Boil the shrimp in about 2 quarts water and vinegar for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Drain shrimp and place in a bowl of cold water. Add 1 sliced lemon (don't squeeze).
    Let stand for 15 to 60 minutes.
