Hearty Potato-Ham Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    2 1/3 c. water
    salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. milk (2 c.)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
    1 c. diced, cooked ham
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
    Add potatoes, green pepper and green onion.
    Cook until slightly tender.
    Add 2 cups water, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
