Stir-Fry Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    water thin steaks
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/8 c. Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips (wafer thin steak works well). Pour soy sauce, Italian dressing and sugar over steak.
    Toss to coat meat well.
    Let set for at least 15 minutes; can be refrigerated for longer.
    Heat skillet until hot.
    Pour meat and marinade into hot skillet and stir until meat is tender and marinade reduces.
    This is good over rice or by itself.
