Chicken-Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breasts (with skin and bones)
    1 1/3 c. water
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place chicken in a large skillet with the water.
    Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
