Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes 1/8-inch thick.
    Parboil 5 to 10 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Drain in colander.
    Stir onions in cream of chicken soup, cheese, salt and pepper.
