Holiday Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until done. Drain, peel and mash the potatoes.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients except 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Place mixture in the casserole and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
