Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. River rice
    2 eggs
    2 c. hot milk
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil rice in 2 cups of water.
    When dry, add hot milk.
    Beat sugar with eggs.
    When almost dry, add egg mixture and stir until done.
    Put in dishes or platter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
