Open Faced Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix all together, except the egg whites.
Last mix in the well beaten egg whites.
Pour in uncooked pie crust.
Makes one large pie.
Bake slow (275\u00b0) until a well formed crust is on top and it is well browned.
