Chicken Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 deboned chicken breasts
    1 can pineapple juice
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 bag brown sugar
    bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    Provolone cheese
Preparation
    Mix together pineapple juice, soy sauce and brown sugar. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture overnight in refrigerator.
    Next day, bake chicken at 350\u00b0 or until done. Then, stir fry peppers and onions until translucent.
    Smother cooked chicken with peppers and onions.
    Cover with Provolone cheese and bake until brown and cheese is melted.
