Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans tomatoes
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 cans tomato paste
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    1 tsp. fennel
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 cans mushrooms
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    3 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Brown onion and pepper in olive oil; add all other ingredients and simmer 3 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
