Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 sm. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 c. sour cream (optional)
    1 c. cooked ham, chopped
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut both ends from can of corned beef hash.
    Slice and brown in skillet.
    Heat can of spinach and season.
    Make white sauce. Place spinach on dish and make a nest in center.
    Fill with white sauce and top with browned corned beef.
