Crab Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cooked, shredded crab meat
    1 small green pepper, minced
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1/2 c. fresh grated Romano cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Spread on melba toast rounds, plain or sesame seed crackers.
    Sprinkle with paprika and broil until very light brown.
