Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. coarsely chopped pretzels
1 1/2 cubes butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 c. pineapple juice
1 large pkg. strawberry jello
1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation

Soften and beat cream cheese and sugar.
Set aside.
Mix pretzels and melted butter.
Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Mix Cool Whip with cream cheese mixture and spread over pretzels.
Chill.
Dissolve jello in hot pineapple juice.
Add frozen berries and allow jello to thicken. Pour over other mixture and allow to set.
