Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 onion
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Cook butter and onion until butter is melted.
    Mix corns and beaten egg together; add to onion and butter.
    Add sugar, pepper and rice; mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until rice is tender.
