Garden Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped medium
1 or 2 green peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 or 3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cans tomatoes, drained and chopped
2 lb. crumbled ground beef
Preparation

Place ingredients in layers in a 9 x 13-inch pan in order given.
Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
Remove from oven; uncover and top with Cheddar cheese (I like the sharp). Continue baking, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
