Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pan corn bread cooked
1 medium onion- diced
2 medium tomatoes- diced
1 medium green pepper- diced
1 lb. cooked crisp bacon- broken up
3 Tbsp. of sweet salad cubes
1/2 c. mayo (more if need be)
Preparation

Let corn bread cool, crumble up fine, add all diced vegetables, add bacon, sweet salad cubes and mix well. In large bowl add mayo, then add all dry ingredients and mix well again, you may need to add more mayo, but only enough to hold mixture together.
