Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 large onion
    1 lb. mushrooms (fresh)
    1 lb. broccoli, cut up
    1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken mushroom soup
Preparation
    Slice fresh carrots; boil for approximately 7 minutes.
    Add sugar, onion and chicken bouillon.
    When carrots are tender but crisp, add fresh broccoli and mushrooms.
    Let boil for another 5 minutes, then add cauliflower.
    When all vegetables are tender, pour into a colander, draining all liquids from vegetables.
    In the same pot that you cooked the vegetables, blend and heat the cream of mushroom soup and the can of chicken mushroom soup. Return the vegetables to the soup sauce and coat the vegetables. Add more chicken bouillon to your individual taste.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
