Easy Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder (sifted with flour)
    1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs (beaten)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Over low heat melt 1 cup chips with margarine.\tAdd flour and
    milk,
    eggs
    and
    vanilla.
    Stir in nuts and remaining chips.
    Bake
    in
    greased
    13 x 9-inch pan. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
