Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) boxes corn muffin mix
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Mix corn muffin mix, cottage cheese, eggs and
    melted margarine.
    Add chopped onion and broccoli; mix well. Pour into an 11 x 13 pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
