Texas White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    3 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 lb. white raisins
    4 c. pecans
    12 eggs
    fruit
    2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; set aside.
    Beat eggs thoroughly. Add eggs to butter and sugar and mix thoroughly.
    Add flour, fruit, pecans, raisins and lemon extract.
    Bake 3 hours at 275\u00b0.
