Potato Salad Cauliflower Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower (or about 3 c.)
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
    3/4 c. Gedney light mayonnaise
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 pkg. Equal
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Steam cauliflower until tender, but not mushy.
    Add eggs, onion, green pepper, radishes and peas.
    Mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, Equal and celery seed.
    Pour this over the vegetables and mix.
    This is a very low-fat salad!
